Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays. Check your confirmation email for your tracking number or follow the steps below to track your order from your account:
TRACK YOUR ORDER:
1. Login to your BASS BAE XO account.
2. Click Track My Shipment next to the order status.
3. If you don't see Track My Shipment, we are still processing your order. We thank you for your patience.
- Opt in to live tracking information via text message from your shipping confirmation email.
- Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages.
